Repair Process
01. Disassembly
Taking apart the damaged vehicle components (panels, trim, lights, etc.) to access all areas that need repair and prevent damage during the process.
02. Parts
Ordering, receiving, and organizing all necessary replacement parts (OEM, aftermarket, or recycled) needed to complete the repair.
03. Blueprinting
A thorough inspection and repair planning process where all damage is identified, repair steps are mapped out, and parts/labor are documented before work begins.
04. Supplement / Approval
Submitting additional repair costs (if more damage is found) to the insurance company or customer and getting approval before proceeding.
05. Body Work
Repairing structural or cosmetic damage—straightening panels, filling dents, aligning gaps, and prepping surfaces for paint.
06. Paint Prep
Preparing the vehicle’s surface for refinishing by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primer as needed.
07. Paint
Applying primer, basecoat, and clearcoat to restore the vehicle’s color and finish, matching it to the original.
08. Denib & Buff
Sanding out minor imperfections (dust nibs, runs) in the paint and polishing the surface to achieve a smooth, glossy finish.
09. Reassembly
Putting all removed parts back on the vehicle—panels, trim, lights, etc.—ensuring proper fit and function.
10. Detail
Cleaning the vehicle inside and out, removing dust, polish residue, and making it look like new for delivery.
11. QC (Quality Control)
Final inspection to ensure all repairs meet safety, cosmetic, and functional standards before releasing the vehicle.
12. Send Home
Delivering the completed vehicle back to the customer, often including a final walkthrough and explanation of the repairs
